How much pressure does your boiler need for the heating to work properly?

How do you know if it’s the right pressure?

Normally we can look up the optimal working pressure of our device in the boiler manual. The numbers are usually when the heater is on, between 1.5 and 2 bar. This data can be highlighted on the pressure gauge of most boilers, usually in green. Some boilers also mark critical areas below 1 and above 2 bar, this time in red, so that we can see when there is a problem. The optimal pressure recommended by most manufacturers is 1.3 bar.
