Tile care – this is how you stay new

Tiles are flexible and can be laid on most flat surfaces, but just because they can be anywhere doesn’t mean they belong. Porcelain stoneware tiles are generally much stronger than ceramic tiles, they can withstand the pace and environmental impacts much better than ceramic tiles. As a result, they’re much better suited to the floor, especially in high-traffic areas like the kitchen. Ceramic tiles, on the other hand, are much weaker, but compared to porcelain, it is easier to create patterns for them due to the heavy traffic.

If you install ceramic tile in a high traffic area, it will most likely crack, leave gaps and also increase the likelihood of cracks in the surrounding tiles. This can be a pretty costly mistake when you need to replace and redistribute multiple tiles.
